Though we hope to achieve a great level of customer service at FDhorsemanship, We understand that sometimes people may not be able to attend clinics or may have technical issues with equipment and or the membership site.

Here is our refund policy:


In order to get a refund, you or your horse must have a medical reason which can be validated. If you or we can fill your spot, a refund or credit will be issued. If we have to cancel or postpone an event or clinic, We will issue a refund or credit towards another event or clinic.

Online Courses or Zoom Classes:

Refunds for Online classes, Mentor programs or Online courses will be reviewed and taken on a case by case basis. Credit towards another Class or Course may be given in the event of cancellation of the course or class.


If there is technical issues with the site and you lose days or or ability to sign in or access the site, You can receive credit or a refund for the number of days you could not access. Or the days can be added on to your membership. Other arrangements may be made if necessary.
