Farah DeJohnette has designed a Unique, Innovative, training framework that builds a Connection with your horse that you never dreamed possible. It starts with bonding, and trust, and proceeds to maintain this while integrating correct biomechanical technical principles for all disciplines. Her system utilizes specific Natural Liberty exercises initially which nurture a powerful connection and training foundation between horse and person and work on several levels simultaneously. This is followed by a bridge building series of ground exercises On Line and In Hand which preserve the Connection you built in the Liberty Phase and promote a graceful, non traumatic transition to Mounted work. Her system teaches Natural response training cues which allow you to become an articulate and harmonious rider for your horse to enjoy. The progression is simple, fun, organic, easy to apply and designed to be personalized to each horse/person combination. The goal of this training system is to develop a Connection first and to then learn to communicate in a coherent way that respects the horses’ intelligence sensitivity and physical and mental well-being. The desired result is for training to be relationship building, bio-mechanically correct, sustainable and fun for both horse and person to learn and apply.

Learn a Complete system of Training like no other that integrates the 3 most important areas of training: Connection, Articulate Communication and Correct Technique.

This three day clinic is designed for EVERYONE who wants to learn a completely fresh approach to training their horses.  Whether you are a novice, advanced, pleasure or competing, English or Western you and your horse will enjoy and benefit from this clinic.

Technique, though important in Training, is only half of the process. Connection is the other half and is often the missing component not just in pleasure partnerships but also highly trained professional and performance partnerships. Horses seek Connection, Clarity, Authenticity, Joy, and being Present in whatever tasks we set out to do.

FDH is a Whole approach to Training. It works on all levels including Holistic Programs for overall Well-being and Proper equipment fit and choice. All exercises are made enjoyable and even into games when possible. Any horse that is Bonded, Connected, and has Trust in your Leadership, will bring his whole heart and willingness to his work. Whatever you seek to do together. I am pleased to have special guest (Click for info) Fiona Habershon Animal Healing demonstrating with me on site. She will be available for sessions during the clinic and I highly recommend her complimentary approach to animals. She will see dogs, and cats and any other animals as well. She will be offering a Unique Clinic Special! – Self-selection £40! Your session will include a half an hour self-selection session, A selection of herbs & essential oils will be offered to your horse, you will receive feedback on the herbs your horse selects, and follow up advice. an excellent value!

My techniques are especially helpful for fearful and traumatized riders. Change your mind – Change your Horse! My goall when working with you and your horse is harmony, joy, fun and improved connection no matter what your goals are.
